Tucked away in the woods, the last cottage at the end of an unmade track, the Round House is a picture perfect fairytale retreat. Nestled next to a babbling stream with its own waterfall, luxury private hot tub and large garden, it is the perfect place to unwind and relax.  

The 18th Century Grade 2 listed cottage is well equipped with everything you might need to enjoy the perfect holiday.

A welcome tray with a home made cream tea awaits your arrival. 

The cottage comfortably sleeps 4 adults in the two large bedrooms, one Kingsize double in the Master bedroom and two single beds in the second bedroom, all the beds are made up with crisp Egyptian white cotton linen and fluffy towels, robes and slippers are provided for each guest. 

The cottage is very unique in its octagonal shape and layout, with each room having dual aspect large windows with beautiful views from each of them. It's quirky in that you can walk in a circle, through each room right around the cottage. 

Starting at the front door, turn left into the lounge with the fabulous inglenook fireplace and wood burning stove, this room comfortably seats four on the two large sofas,  there is a TV with dvd player & talktalk box, large dvd library and a bluetooth speaker, guests will also find a good selection of books, games and puzzles. The lounge leads on through into the twin bedroom with it's own ensuite shower room, good sized wardrobe, a toy box with a selection of games, books and toys. Then on into the double bedroom with Kingsize bed, large wardrobe and dressing table, keep going through into the main bathroom with bath, sink and toilet, on around into the fully fitted kitchen diner with electric fan oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and fridge freezer, finally you're back to where you started at the main entrance hall. 

The rooms are all of a good size and of course have solid doors. 

The cottage is set in it's own ¾ acre enclosed garden, with a stream and waterfall running past the twin bedroom and lounge.  The large patio has a good sized table and chairs and a beautiful cedarwood hot tub, just off the patio is a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer, barbeque and changing area. 

The property itself is arranged over one level so it is ideal for those with restricted mobility.
